REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ZAMNA VIP / UX EXPERIENCE

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration and participation of users in the Zamna VIP / UX Experience community, as well as the use of information provided through the landing page, QR codes, digital forms, and any other channels made available for this project.

1. PLATFORM AND DATA RESPONSIBILITY

The technological infrastructure, administration, and storage of the database associated with the Zamna VIP / UX Experience project will be operated by Data Creativa, S.A. de C.V. (“Data Creativa”), which shall act in accordance with the responsibilities and obligations applicable under Mexican law and pursuant to the agreements entered into with Zamna and/or the entities participating in the project.

The information collected will be used exclusively for the purposes disclosed to the user and in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

2. PURPOSE OF REGISTRATION

The purpose of registration is to create and maintain a global community of users interested in Zamna VIP / UX Experience and, where the appropriate consent has been obtained, to:

Provide information about upcoming events.
Communicate presales and special access opportunities.
Offer benefits and VIP experiences.
Send exclusive invitations and communications.
Personalize content and communications based on city, country, language, event, or interests.
Analyze the source and aggregated behavior of registrations in order to improve the experiences and services offered.
Maintain and manage the relationship with members of the community.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED

The following information may be requested during the registration process:

Full name, email address, WhatsApp number including country code, city, country, and preferred language.

The system may also store information associated with the registration, including the date and time of registration, event or city of origin, QR code used, and records of the consents granted by the user.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The user represents and warrants that the information provided is true, current, accurate, and corresponds to the user.

Data Creativa may implement mechanisms to prevent duplicate registrations using, among other elements, the email address or telephone number provided.

5. CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy shall be required in order to complete the registration process.

Separately, the user may provide consent to receive commercial communications, news, event information, offers, benefits, and VIP experiences through electronic means, including email and WhatsApp.

Consent to receive commercial communications shall be freely given and may subsequently be withdrawn.

Users may request at any time to stop receiving such communications through the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms provided through each communication channel.

6. ADMINISTRATION AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION

The information will be stored in a centralized database technologically managed by Data Creativa.

Data Creativa will implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information against loss, damage, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access, or unauthorized processing.

Access to the information will be limited to personnel, service providers, and entities that require such access in order to fulfill the authorized purposes and that are subject to the corresponding confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. USE OF INFORMATION WITHIN THE ZAMNA ECOSYSTEM

Where necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, the information may be processed by authorized entities participating in the operation of Zamna VIP / UX Experience, as well as by technology providers, communication platforms, and other service providers necessary for the operation of the program.

Any transfer or processing of information shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

8. INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Due to the international nature of Zamna and its events, users may receive information regarding experiences, events, and benefits available in different countries.

Where the processing of information involves service providers or technological infrastructure located outside Mexico, the applicable contractual, privacy, and security measures shall be implemented.

9. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Data subjects may exercise the rights available to them under applicable Mexican law regarding access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of their personal data, as well as request the withdrawal of their consent where applicable.

The specific procedures for exercising these rights shall be established in the Privacy Policy applicable to the project.

10. MINORS

Registration is intended for individuals who have sufficient legal capacity to provide their personal information and grant the corresponding consents.

For events or jurisdictions that establish specific age requirements or restrictions, the applicable requirements and restrictions shall apply.

11. AVAILABILITY OF BENEFITS

Registration with Zamna VIP / UX Experience does not guarantee access to events, tickets, presales, promotions, VIP experiences, or any specific benefits.

Each benefit, promotion, presale, or experience may be subject to availability, capacity, territory, validity periods, eligibility requirements, and specific terms and conditions.

12. MODIFICATIONS

These Terms and Conditions may be modified when necessary as a result of operational, commercial, technological, legal, or regulatory changes.

The current version will be made available through the digital channels enabled for Zamna VIP / UX Experience.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply in other jurisdictions where the service is offered internationally.
